DTD is prohibited in the xml document - Send Exchange Mail Message

Hi All,

i trying to change the way i sent emails from using Send OutLook Mail Message to Send Exchange (using outlook from office 365 as server).

I already have other workflows that is using Send Exchange Mail Message.

In one particular workflow, i keep getting DTD is prohibited in the xml document. I have absolutely no idea why its saying this.

Can someone suggest what could be causing this please?
