Download package from Orchestrator but expand not working

I downloaded a version of my package from the Orchestrator, but when I opened it, I’m unable to expand most of the activities, as shown in the image below: Multiple Assign, Send to Queue, among others. Can anyone help me?

Hi @ROBORPA

Probably it should be a dependencies error, try upgrading/downgrading you system.activities dependecy

Regards

@ROBORPA,

Welcome to the UiPath Community :tada:

This is happening due to lower version of the packages of the project. These are older looks of the activities.

It’s just cosmetic thing. I hope the logic is working.

Thanks,

@ROBORPA

Looks like the ockage is a very old one and may be developed on an older version that is one common reason why we see these issues

Better checkt he versions and see if you have a compatible studio version

If not upgrade ockages but also it might break as wel sometimes so keep a backup

Cheers

Here are the common reasons and solutions:

1. Version Mismatch:

  • This is a frequent culprit. The package you downloaded might have been created with a different version of the development tool (e.g., UiPath Studio) than the one you’re currently using.
  • Solution: Try opening the package with the version it was created in. You might need to download and install an older version of the tool if unavailable.

2. Missing Dependencies:

  • The package might rely on additional libraries or packages not installed on your system. These missing dependencies can cause activities to appear collapsed.
  • Solution: Identify the required dependencies (consult the package documentation or developer) and install them using the package manager within your development tool.

3. Corrupted Download:

  • Occasionally, downloads can get corrupted during transfer. This can lead to unexpected behavior like collapsed activities.
  • Solution: Try re-downloading the package from Orchestrator. Ensure a stable internet connection during download.
