Download location?

Hi,

Where or how do I download UiPath Robot, Studio and ideally the platform installer for the current AND previous versions?

I have an issue that I’m trying to identify if its my issue or UiPath issue or something else. I was using 2018.3.x very successfully, I upgraded our test rig to 2018.4.0, 2018.4.1, 2018.4.2 and I have an issue on existing and new installs.

I have failed to find ANY links to a download page. I would of expected the release notes to point me in the right direction. I would of expected some kind of pointer on UiPath .com. What am I missing please?

All I found was that if you have eliminated all possible trouble shooting on your end, you should submit a ticket through Uipath Support if you think you’re having a version issue. I would contact Uipath Support.

My colleague has an open ticket for our problems. However, to eliminate my side of the equation, I really need to go back to a known working Robot version and reduce the number of variables at play.

As a rookie who’s been looking and building UiPath solution for < 4wks, I’m missing the basics like “Where do I download the current package from and Where do I download older versions from?”

I found some release notes. I don’t know if that would help. If you know the previous version, you can look at the current version and maybe you’ll find something that sparks your interest, or find a possible cause of your issue.

Your best bet is to reach out to UiPath Support or your account manager (if you have one) to see if they’ll provide previous version or specific build links. They seem reluctant to post the direct URLs publicly or in their documentation and often refer you to the community/trial download forum which points to their top level download which always points to the current stable release.
