I have a excel which consist of many invoices, my task is to go to the application search the invoice and download the invoice file(there can be mutiple file for per invoice) and attach and send that in mail… I have no idea where to download the files and how to find the files that it belong to that particular invoice. Please help
Before doing application search,
- Create a new folder with invoice number.
- Do application search and download all the files into a folder created in step 1.
- Attach all the files from the folder created in step1.
- Send email.
