Getting below error in classify document scope.

“Classify Document Scope: Request CorrelationId: 4d02563d-3dc1-4a7f-a59e-a9a49563713d

Document Understanding is not enabled on this tenant.”

DU isn’t enabled from Admin panel of Orchestrator.

Follow these steps to enable it and rerun.

Thanks for sharing the documents. Is it for running DOU for the first time?

Because I can able to run another DOU process successfully.

Yes it’s for first time. But as you said you are able to run another then the could be other possibilities
