It’s most likely DU isn’t enabled on your tenant. Follow this tutorial

I see that Orchestrator is correctly connected, so the issue might be due to an inactive Document Understanding service or a missing API Key configuration.
Please ensure that the Document Understanding service is enabled in Orchestrator (Admin > Your tenant > Services)

and that you have added the correct API Key in the Document Understanding settings in UiPath Studio.

mostly as per error the service is not enabled…go to admin->services->enable document understanding
