Document Understanding Orchestration Process validation error

I am going to use the create and wait orchestrator process activities. I am able to validate using the present validation station. While i am doing the create and wait in document understanding for Orchestrator process I am getting the below error:
Create Document Validation Action: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path ‘’, line 0, position 0.
file path is like : -scanned-receipt.pdf, even through i have given the full path but still i am getting the same issue.
The file path is correct and successfully used in other activities of document understanding.
Any help is appreciated.
