Document Understanding| ML Extractor | Extract Service Period from Invoice which can either be regular field or table field

I need to extract service period which can either come as a regular field or a table field. So can I train this only as a regular field and train the BOT to read first row if it comes as a part of a table.Or i have to add 2 field one as a regular and other as a table field. Also the table header may also vary how can I add multiple names to to the table header - column name?

You can better keep it as 2 different fields and train the model for Table Field and also for the normal field.

I have just uploaded a new batch of invoices to train the Service Period fields and the Predict from Data labeling has suddenly stopped working! I am unable get any values for the pre trained fields?What can be the issue?Please help

Hi @madhu6393

Can you please close the Data Labelling page and re-open and check again.

If its still same then you have to manually label each field.

But why has it stopped to work, It worked for 2 files and for 3rd suddenly it is not working. I tried to re open the data labelling as well!

That could be some glitch.

Please upload at least 10 documents and Label them and then try uploading more documents and try to predict that could work.

I had already ran some pipeline runs. And uploaded a new batch and labelled 2 invoices. From 3rd onwards it has stopped to work.

you can always label fields as either regular or column fields in document manager. Is this your issue?
