In Document understanding through Form extractor I’m not able to create template,
as soon I click on manage template I’m getting below error
Pdf I’m using is readable doc and kept API key also I kept with out quotation still facing same error.
When I share my code to other guy he is able to create template as his studio is auto picking the API key but mine I am manfully taking from orchestrator that to I’m taking from AI units because I don’t have separate document understanding API Key to place.
Ensure that the document you are trying to create a template for is of good quality. The document should be clear and legible. Poor quality scans or images can cause errors in processing.
Verify that the document format is supported by UiPath Document Understanding. Common formats include PDF and image files (like JPG, PNG). Make sure the file is not corrupted.
Review your workflow and configuration settings for the Document Understanding process. Make sure that you’ve correctly set up the data extraction activities, classifiers.
If you are using OCR for document processing, verify that your OCR engine is correctly configured and working.
The Pdf quality is good my colleges are working on same.
and same code shared to one of my college he is able to create the template I think there is no issue with document understanding work flow also.
OCR also I tried all engine still facing same issue. API key that I am using taken from AI unit and studio version 2021.4.3
