Document Understanding Framework - Robotic Enterprise Framework

Hi
I attended the DEVCON a few weeks ago there was mention of a Document understanding framework that will be simialr to the Robotic Enterprise Framework, which will handle the flow of document understanding , error handling etc.
Does anyone know when this will be available ?
Currently using the Enterprise edition.
Will an update in the licence be required for it?
