Use Case Description

This Use Case is regarding sending of letters informing students about their upcomming school courses on educational institutions.

4 weeks (user defined) prior to the start of a course, the educational institution must send out digital letters informing students about where and when this course will take place.
The letters are sent to students and their apprenticeships through the Danish Digital Letter System eBoks.

The educational institutions has access to software that can send digitally and encrypted to eBoks, and typically uses Word “mail merge” to send out information to all participants on a course at the same time.
The digital mailing system can split up the letters into specific letter and appendixes for each student.
