Hi @Nitin_Singh ,

Could you provide us the Screenshot of Dependencies used ? Could you update all dependencies used to the latest stable versions and check ?

Try to update to the lastest version of Document Understanding dependencies, then delete Digitize activity from the workflow and add it again, setting up as before. Try run again

Try version 6.9.5

Hi, you have to upgrade/downgrade all dependencies to the Latest Stable versions (Not Preview)
use 6.5.3 version of UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities package
