Digitize Document - Error reading PDF

Hi, while doing the document understanding training course I created a short Testprozess with some downloaded test-pdf-Invoices from the course.

The complete process works fine, but when I start the process with some own invoices I got the error-Message:

I used the newest available versions of the dependencies

Endpoint = “https:/du.UiPath.com/ocr”

Could it be that our pdf-files are generated in a different way as the Test-pdfs from the course? Or is it because of another language? (my Invoices are in german)

Anyone have an idea what is wrong and how I can fix it?

Hey @thomas.seeber i don’t think it because of Document Language problem as you can see in the error message the Problem is with URL. the error says you provide an invalid request URL. so can you check the URL and check what Code you are getting.

@thomas.seeber if your studio is connected to same orchestrator from where you are using AI units, then no need to add endpoint and api

remove endpoint and api, then check if it works

It seems missing a slash before du. can you try the following?

https://du.uipath.com/ocr
