Difference between datatable and Array/List/Dictionnary

Hi,
I am learning how to use UiPath and I have a basic question :
I understand the differences between List, Dictionnary and Array. But it seems there is a major difference between these 3 elements and the DataTables. Whats is this major difference ?

Datatable stores data in form of table like we use in Excel(Row & Column).It is used to store large data i.e Invoice Details,List of employes & their details… etc

I dont have Add to Cooelction activity. How can I add a value using Append Items to Collection. PLease share screenshot of “+” Items to be added. @Rahul_Unnikrishnan sir
