Didn't get my credentials

Hello everyone,
I finished the Associate Developer automation learning path, and I passed the assesment, but i didn’t get the credential. Insted, I get certificate of completion. Also, I madesure that I filled all the surveys and solved all quizes.
This is how it looks like at the end of the course, and there is no credential in the acheivements tab, but there is a certificate of completion.

I get this: you’ve completed the learning plan, but also i get " one you complete the coutrse you will get the credentials"

I solved every quiz and filled all the surveys, any ideas what’s missing?

Raise Ticket to UiPath regarding this issue .

Upload screenshot of the erorr page and fill necessary details

@amenaelfar,

Deploma Certificate is the only credentials you will get after finishing learning course or plan.

All my friends got the credential. also, i finiesh a learning plan a week ago and got the credential

How to raise a ticket? I trued this link and can’t move on to the next step cause it’s asking for support ID and it says technical support isn’t available for community plan. Am i in the wrong place?

Follow these steps:-

  1. Open this URL: Contact UiPath Learning

  1. Select the “Other” option.

  1. Fill in all your details and check the box for “Upload file”.

  1. Click on “Upload File”.

  1. A drag-and-drop option will appear. Take a screenshot of your error, then drag and drop it there.
