Desktop Outlook issue with the multiple accounts

Hi, I am executing Outlook action to download the attachments. I am receiving errors. Could you please confirm is it because of the account I registered and sign into UiPath is the different one for the email account.

I do not think that is the reason, what error message are you getting?

There is no such requirement to have same email id.
