Could you provide us with more information on the data that is being used ? You could maybe also substitute the words in it with dummy if the data / file is confidential.

We reading config file and it’s stored in deserialize
The error indicates your “ConfigFile.config” is not a valid XML.
Did you check it?
You can do so by renaming to “ConfigFile.xml” and openning it in a browser.
