Date conversion issue from excel uipath

i have a date which is in format dd/MM/yy but in bar it shows in format MM/dd/yyyy
and where i read as datatable it gets converted to a 5 digit numeric value
How can i preserve the format of dd/MM/yyyy

unable to download any xaml in local as we cant install UiPath locally
