Database connection ODBC failed

HI,
I have connected to database in MyPHPadmin in uipath. Database connection working good but while i tried to use execute query activity error occurs in ODBC connection.

Can you add the screenshot of the error you see in Debug Mode ?

What Should I pass here…I am using online phpadmin data base…Can You Please explain ?

I have connected database using connect activity there it has connection string its working good but while coming to execute query i have given existing database name its not taking the query throwing error.
