The delegate executed asynchronously through TimeoutPolicy did not complete within the timeout.

This is mainly happening for PDF’s having images.
For PDF’s which contain proper text no error is coming

How to fix this error?

First try increasing the timeout in the extractor

are you using on prem or cloud?
