Crosschecking Value in a Excel File

I want to perform a crosscheck between these two sheets. A few exceptional transactions appear where one single entry is broken down into Multiple Entry or vice versa or two multiple entries with two multiple entries where the amount is the same after the sum but the REF NO isn’t.
