Cron expression edit

hi all,

just a confirm.

I need a cron expression to start a job every 15 minutes, every day, from 10 AM to 15 PM, starting at 2nd minutes of the hour.

For example:
10.02 - 10.17 - 10.32 - 10.47 - 11.02 - 11.17
Is this cron correct?
0 2/15 10-15 ? * * *
