Cron expression for non whole number start/end time

Hello Everyone,

I need to create a cron expression for below schedule,

Every 20 minutes between 08:30 - 18:30 from Monday to Friday.

I tried lot to create expression for it but couldn’t. Can anyone please help me with it.
