Creating outlook templates

Hi all,

I have a program that’s doing these series of actions:

  1. creates various email templates (foreground actions)
  2. those templates will be attached to a email
  3. sends out email to person

Currently, #2 and #3 are background processes - I was wondering if there’s any background activities around for #1, (creating various email templates ), to greatly expedite this time-consuming process.

Appreciate anyone who can give pointers (or suggestions) for this concept.
