Create Data Table from Google Spreadsheet

I’m using a google form to catch responses into a google spreadsheet. I would like to run a process that fills in a template on a website every time the google sheet that is attached to the form gets updated(every time a new form gets submitted). I will outline my process below, but not sure if its the best solution.

I use google sheet application scope.
I’m trying to use read range to enter it into a data table. I’m having trouble since I don’t see an output section on the left to create a new data table.( I see it in demo videos for excels)
I will use the data table to fill in the template every time the form is submitted.(I still have to work this out.)

Please let me know how to get the spreadsheet data into the data table. If there is a better solution I would love to hear.
