Hello can anyone please let me know how long it takes for a newly created storage bucket to show up in “update context grounding index”? I keep refreshing in studio but the new bucket is no where to be seen…and the index I deleted are still showing up…(the new one is created in the same orchestrator folder where existing ones are and the existing ones show up in the activity dropdown) thanks

Try this pls,
Manually trigger “Update Context Grounding Index” in Orchestrator. Check if the new bucket appears in the Orchestrator API (/odata/StorageBuckets). Ensure the correct Orchestrator folder is selected in UiPath Studio. Restart both Orchestrator and Studio. If the issue persists, recreate the bucket and try again.

Did you cross 10 indexes? Or did you happen to not give folder level permissions
Also try to force refresh the context and then close studio and reopen
