Content Raven: Error logging in to Academy

I’m trying to log into Academy and I keep getting a Content Raven error:

“A problem has occurred on this web site. Please try again. If this error continues, please contact ContentRaven support.”

Is anyone else having this problem or know the solution? It would have been nice if they’d included some contact info in the error message.

Try with academy.uipath.com

That’s where I was going. When I click on the “Log in/Sign up” button it takes me to “https://academy.uipath.com/SingleSignOn” at which point I get the Content Raven error.

Try in the another browser

Nope. Tried it with IE, entered my credentials and received the same Content Raven error.

Try with chrome

Chrome is my default browser which doesn’t work. After your suggestion, I tried IE. And before you ask, I also tried Edge. No joy with any of them.

The problem has been resolved. I had to track down tech support for Content Raven and send them an email. They fixed the issue and I can now log in.
