Configuring Druid Chatbot to transfer to live agents on a 3rd party solution

Hi Team/Forum,

We are just at the build stage of creating some chatbots in druid, i have had a look at the options for livechat which gives 4 options of suppliers.

We would need to have our druid chatbot handing off to live agents in a 3rd party supplier for which we have live chat agents already operating.

Is this possible if so can you advise how we would link to it and would we also need to have the 3rd party chat active on the page at the same time as the bot in order that we can hand off to the live agents?
