Communication Mining stream empty

Hi all,

I am trying get messages from communications mining into a dispatcher and then into a queue. I was trying to use the communications mining dispatcher template, but it was not working because it keeps returning “no items to process in batch”. After trying to use the “get stream results” activity in a seperate workflow, I found out that it does not contain any results.

I set up my stream according to the documentation but it does not seem to work. The documentation and information online about streams is also very fragmented. Would anybody know how to solve this? Thanks!

Is the model pinned? If not streams will be empty
