Command failed error - Convert Word to pdf activity

I tried using both file converter activity and word to pdf activity to convert from word to pdf , still i’m getting an error saying “Command Failed”. Please suggest a work around.

@Palaniyappan , sorry mistake was on my side. I thought folder will be created in “export to pdf” command if isn’t present. But folder will not be created, we have to create a folder in prior before moving pdf files.

oh, no worries, we need to mention the file path in export to pdf with input properties in it
that would create a pdf file under that file path buddy
