Cloud Sections: Action Center & Ai Center

Hi, I’m having some trouble to see some sections from the UiPath cloud depending on the organization.

In one of my organizations I can see Actions (Organization A), in other I can see Actions and Ai Center (Organization C), and in the one that I need both I cannot see neither Actions nor Ai Center (Organization B)

I don’t know If I need an specific role for the users to see both sections in organization B. This one has Ai units licenses and action center named users. But the stragest thing is that the first one that can see action doesn’t have action center licenses, so it cannot be a license problem but it could be a role problem.

Do you know what’s happening?

Hi @nwin_eto You might not have enabled the AI Center services here. Please check for the same in the following fashion: UiPath Cloud>Admin>Select the tenant you want>Services>Add Services Then, you must be able to see the following page which contains AI Center: [image] Hope this helps, Best Regards.

It’s controlled at Tennent level Services settings.

Just navigate to Admin section

Click on your desired Tennent name and then click on Services

Here you will see all enabled/disabled services. You can enable/disable as per requirement.
