above screenshoot is my Webapp data

Q) i’ll give input Job Title it will search for Job Title… then i need to click On first name
for ex: ill give input “HR MANAGER”-- i have to click on “Linda”
again if i give “IT Manager” as input-- it shuld click on Thomas

can you pls help me out asap
