Click on two keys at the same time

Good day, I am making a bot and I would like to see if anyone knows how to make the bot click on two keys at the same time: Ctrl+Up Arrow

I use the keyboardShortcuts activity but it presses the keys separately and doesn’t do it at the same time. Thank you very much and I appreciate a quick response.
