Classification Action - fields not showing up

I have an automation that is creating a Classification Action in Action Center. It’s working fine. So I added a couple fields to one of the Document Types in the taxonomy, but when the Classification Action is created and I go to it in Action Center I don’t see the fields to be able to enter the information.

Basically we want a Requires Review and Notes field for every Document Type. Aren’t the fields created in the taxonomy supposed to show up in the Classification Action in Action Center?
