Check list : Orchestrator 2018.1

Hello all. I just started Orchestrator 2018.1 and stuck. Please help.

  1. Is there a check list before I start using Orchestrator ?
    ( I started video and it looks to me as if started from somewhere advanced).

  2. In system tray I do not see ‘UI’ icon. Below image is from video.

  3. I have CE studio 2018 and I have already registered at https://platform.uipath.com/

Hey @viswanarahari,

Navigate to ‘%Userprofile%\AppData\Local\UiPath’, check for ‘app-18.1.3’ folder and run UiRobot.exe. It should start UiPath Robot in the system tray.

Check this to configure your robot with orchestrator.

what I have is …\app-18.1.2.… and I do not have UiRobot.exe. I have below. So looks like I have to re-install ?

No, you don’t have to reinstall. Just run ‘UiRobot’ file that you see there. Its actually an .exe file.

Figured out and now I see a directory …/UIPath/app-18.1.3 and I executed the file and see ‘Ui’ in system tray.

Now I am facing a new problem. Getting below error

I have gone through instructions at this link Undefined robots and still not working.

The issue is resolved. Missed adding robot to the environment.
