Working days depend on your company. If you just want “is it saturday or sunday” then you can check that with Datepart.

If you want to check holidays and other days your company considers not working days then you’ll need a list of those (ie a spreadsheet or CSV) and then check the date against the list.

Just try to use the modify date activity and see whether the day is saturday or sunday.
For the puclic holidays, maybe you will have to keep a tracker and bot need to validate in that list.
