Can't show embed image in Gmail (SMTP)

hi guys can ypu help me?
i try to embed image in body gmail but image don’t show
my code is

"Report Performace Site Periode " + strTanggalAwal + " " + strBulanTahunAwal + " - " + strTanggalAkhir + " " + strBulanTahunAkhir +

the return is
