Can't create My Dashboard from Insights

Can any one help?

I can’t create personal dashboards from the Insights. The error says that “Designer role is required to create a dashboards” as below.

But I see the corresponding roles has already been allocated for the user from the Admin page.

Did you happen to assign the desinger role? From the roles of the manage access menu for the users

You also need to add the Designer role

Open Insights > Manage Access

Assign Designer role to the user
