Automation Insights - How to get Designer role

Hi, Forum

I came across the problem of seemingly lack of authority to edit my Dashboard in which it says “Designer role required to create personal dashboards.” SO, I think I managed to set my account (Admin) with Designer role following the give guide, but it doesn’t work. Perhaps I have a misunderstanding regarding the user role. Can anyone guide me to correct this?

enable the Designer license from the admin page.

Based on your screenshot you already have Insights Designer role. Are you facing any error? Did you also allocate an Insights Designer license from the Admin page? Example below: [image]

Thank you for the reponse.

I further checked out after having allocated the designer license from the Admin page. but, unfortunately, the problem is still persistent.

Is there something else that I would’ve missed?

@hongjoo.choi go to the Manage Access menu and confirm that you also have the Designer role in Insights
