Cannot use mail activities to Get IBM Notes Mail Messages

When I tried to use the activity Get IBM Notes Mail Message, I received the following error message: “Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {29131539-2EED-1069-BF5D-00DD011186B7} failed due to the following error: 80004005 Unspecified error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005 (E_FAIL)).”

I’m using Studio 2022.4.1 with mail package 1.15.1
and IBM notes 9 social edition
Release 9.0.1
Revision 20131022.1138 (Release 9.0.1)

Looks like a package issue for me. Is that possible for you to try from a different machine to confirm.

Hi @Nithinkrishna, I already tried on different machine with same environment as mine, still got same error message.

I’m not sure about the version of IBM Notes
Is the UiPath.Mail.Activities 1.15.1 support this version or not?

I found the solution, I put the path of my notes.ini in the PATH environment variables.

Hopes this help others.
