Cannot find UI Element Corresponding to this selector

I have a selector to identify IE Modal Dialog in a loop. Sometimes I am getting an exception with “Cannot find UI Element Corresponding to this selector:”. In the exception message there is not selector mentioned.

Can you please help find out the issue?

Can you please share the workflow and screenshot of the window which has the element which you are trying to identify.
