I had the same error. Here is how I resolved it: Go to Home → Tools → Project Dependencies Mass Update Tool [image] It’s most likely a Windows update security problem. After updating through the tool, I was able to just click on the Manage Packages button and update that way [image] [image]

And yes robot can lick from local feed as well
