Should we write in a PDF?

Our PDF form requires 40 to 50 fields (such as user name, organization, address, systems, department, and access needed) that we must fill out and submit to IT. Can someone use a studio to accomplish this? It is a four-page PDF.

We can’t directly in pdf. But there is approach.

Manually convert the pdf to word document by using online converters.

Then use word activities to write the details into word. Save document as pdf activity to convert the word to pdf and you can send to your IT team by using mail activities.

It depends on the PDF. For such tasks we would check the capabilities for PDF editing offered by Libraries.

When PDF Form is a real PDF Form, then we have a chance to set the value by API / FDF import
