Can we use object repositories for already created project or do I need to create new project with Object repositories?

I already have project ready but User interface got changed.
Now, Can use Object repositories feature on existing project or Do I need to restart project with object Repositories.

The Object Repository works with UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package versions 2020.10 and above in projects that use the Modern Design Experience . Note that UIAutomationNext package has been deprecated as of 20.10. The activities from UIAutomationNext are now found in the UIAutomation package.
