You must include https://gallery.uipath.com/api/v2 feed in the manage sources.

@RobertD - forgive me, i have no clue on how and where to start - is there any documents which contains step by step process

Hi Fresher,

Please see Managing Activities Packages section “Adding Custom Feeds”. Give a Name to the new feed and for Source should be https://gallery.uipath.com/api/v2

For UiPath 2018.2 I think you need to use the REST API Raw commands, not an activity. Here you have 2 videos that show you have to use REST API with JIRA:
