I’m using an on-prem instance of Orchestrator. Out of the box it seems like all timestamps are GMT. Is there a configuration to Greenwich time to our local time (Pacific) that I can request from my admins?
Depending on version, I think it was added in 2017.1 (core or SP1).
In 2016.2 only emails timezone (I think) could be changed. Not sure, since we’re actually sticking to UTC due to geographical separation and at least that one is not debatable.
The Settings page is organized with tabs, as follows:
General tab - change the time zone of the tenant
