Can we access the Orchestrator Queue database and Insights Database?

Hello team,

We are on cloud orchestrator and would want to know if we can get access to the cloud database which uses Queues and Insights ?
We want to create custom reports for our processes and we thought if we can get the db access, we can have things worked out faster in our favor.

Please let me know if anyone have any information about this or should we open a ticket with the technical team.

The customers don’t have access to the product databases in cloud. You will be able to access the information only with API calls or the Export tools already available in UI.
