Can not move mail from Inbox to another folder by activity

Dear Friend

I am try to use activity {Move Outlook Mail Message} to move mails from inbox to folder"Study",but failed, the unread mail missing from inbox ,but didnot go to folder"Study". may I know is there any issue.

HI,

It seems there is no sub folder under Inbox. Does Study folder exist under Inbox?

Is settings of Account property in the MoveOutlookMailMessage correct?

I left to blank for account property , when I process, the unread mail missing from inbox, but did not goes into study folder, when I check web mail 163.com, it shows in client deleted mail. but I did not delete them. not sure what happened

HI,

In my environment (Outlook2013+Exchange), it works well.
There are some possibilities for this cause. For now, can you try either of the following?

  • Use modern Mail activities : Use Desktop Outlook App and Move Email

  • Upgrade or downgrade UiPath.Mail.Activities pacakge
  • Change Project compatibility (Windows or Windows-Legacy)
  • Use IMAP activity instead of Outlook activity
