Can i access UiPath Orchestrator database in SaaS model of public orchestrator

Can i access UiPath Orchestrator database in SaaS model of public orchestrator, if this is not possible is there any alternative way we can implement this? Can we post the logs directly on a local server db?

This is only for SaaS model of orchestrator where the orchestrator is hosted on public cloud.
I am aware that in on prem and private owned cloud orchestrator.

We offer the option to export logs to a storage account of your choice: Exporting logs
From there, you can ingest them in whatever system you need.
