Business Analyst Associate Practice Test

Hello, I was doing practice test for Business Analyst Associate Certification and I am not sure answers provided by UiPath are correct. In the first picture answer D is marked as incorrect, what would be the answer be then?
Could it be that I am not getting something here?

It’s quite confusing question but according to me the correct answer should be

D: Attended automation,

Because in call center we need human in loop

In Unattended Automation, it good to handle large numbers but human in loop still requires for call center scenario

I think too, but I selected it twice in the practice tests and it still showed me incorrect. Is there any way to get someone from UiPath to check it?

In a call center, the process must run in real time while the agent is on a call. Making the agent wait for a server-side unattended job defeats the purpose. Here, “large number” refers to many agents handling tickets concurrently, not a batch process, so attended automation fits the scenario better.
